Mr. Fahad Al Rasheed is based in the Firm’s Riyadh office, and his practice focuses on corporate, transactional, and intellectual property matters. He frequently works with the Ministry of Commerce and Investment (MOCI) and the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) to register company licenses and business entities.

Mr. Al Rasheed specializes in litigation and dispute resolution. With extensive experience, he adeptly manages client relationships for all major litigation matters handled by the Firm. Notably, he excels in multitasking, managing the highest number of cases and hearings within the Firm over the past year while consistently delivering work of exceptional quality.

A graduate of Taif University in Taif, Mr. Al Rasheed holds a Bachelor of Laws degree. Fluent in Arabic with intermediate proficiency in English, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.
