Mr. Al Atiyah is based in the Firm’s Riyadh office, and his practice focuses on corporate, transactional, and intellectual property matters. He frequently works with the Ministry of Commerce and Investment (MOCI) and the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) to facilitate the registration of company licenses and business entities.

Mr. Al Atiyah's exceptional performance underscores his expertise in Tax and Zakat litigation. This led to his involvement in the Tax and Zakat Litigation Sub-Department, which is an integral part of our esteemed Dispute Resolution/Litigation Department.

A graduate of King Saud University in Riyadh, Mr. Al Atiyah holds a Bachelor of Laws degree. Fluent in Arabic and possesses intermediate proficiency in English.
