Mr. Al Ayeri is based in the Firm’s Riyadh office, and his practice focuses on corporate, transactional, and intellectual property matters. He frequently works with the Ministry of Commerce and Investment (MOCI) and the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) to facilitate the registration of company licenses and business entities.

Mr. Al Ayeri manages a significant portion of labor cases and oversees the firm's relationships with its major clients. Additionally, he handles critical and challenging cases for these key clients, showcasing his adeptness in navigating complex legal matters.

A graduate of King Saud University in Riyadh, Mr. Al Ayeri holds a Bachelor of Laws degree. Fluent in Arabic and possesses intermediate proficiency in English.
