Mr. Badr is based in the Firm’s Jeddah office, and his practice focuses on corporate, transactional,and intellectual property matters. He frequently works with the Ministry of Commerce and Investment (MOCI) and the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) to facilitate the registration of company licenses and business entities. Additionally, he handles matters concerning the Saudi labor office and the Board of Grievances.
Mr. Badr is actively involved in legal drafting, client communications, and research, playing a key role in supporting the Firm’s advisory and litigation teams. He contributes to the preparation of legal documents, analysis of complex legal issues, and coordination with government entities, ensuring clients receive timely and effective legal solutions.
A graduate of the University of Business and Technology in Jeddah, Mr. Badr holds a Bachelor of Laws degree. Fluent in both Arabic and English, he is equipped to support clients across a variety of legal and business contexts.
